Most operators hand you a menu and hope you pick something. We run a single safari and put everything into making it the best ride in the Mandurah region. You get your own late-model ski with dry storage for your phone and keys, and a guide riding a separate ski beside you the entire way — never trailing a boat, never waiting on the group. Never ridden before? Most of our riders haven't. Full briefing on the beach covering controls, hand signals and safety, and we don't leave until everyone's comfortable. Two-way radio on every ski. Where we ride depends on the day. Sheltered estuary water, out the ocean side, or a mix — your guide picks the best water available that morning. We make that call on the morning. Mandurah weather turns fast, and a forecast three days out isn't a reason to cancel a booking. If we cancel mid-tour for weather or a mechanical issue, you'll get a pro-rata refund or a reschedule for the time you missed. Refusal of service We can refuse a rider without refund if they're under the influence of alcohol or drugs, can't produce photo ID, don't meet the age or supervision requirements, or won't follow the safety briefing.
